Add this healthy and nutrient-packed jelly to your favorite drinks!
Main ingredients: aloe vera leaf and sugar.
Slice the aloe vera. Next, cut the aloe vera gel into 1/2-inch (1 cm) cubes.
STEP 1
Soak them in cold water and rinse them 10-12 times. Then, cook them for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Drain and rinse them. Add the sugar and stir to combine.
STEP 3
