Vegan Egg Rolls

These Vietnamese-inspired egg rolls are filled with mushrooms, carrots, and taro, and come with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

Tender on the inside, extra crispy on the outside, and very easy to make!

Main ingredients: taro, carrots, black mushrooms, glass noodles, salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning, and green onions (optional).

Prepare the filling.

Wrap the egg rolls.

Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.

STEP 3

Deep-fry 4-5 egg rolls at a time, until golden brown on each side. Then, serve with a spicy and garlicky dipping sauce!
