These Vietnamese-inspired egg rolls are filled with mushrooms, carrots, and taro, and come with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

Main ingredients: taro, carrots, black mushrooms, glass noodles, salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning, and green onions (optional).
