Easy Fruit Crumble

Delicious fruit crumble loaded with apples, pears, kiwis, bananas, and raspberries! This juicy crumble comes with a super crunchy and buttery streusel topping!

  • 2 pears
  • 1 apple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup berries I used a mix of raspberries and strawberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegan butter cold


  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and slightly grease a 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • Peel the pears, apple, kiwis, and bananas. Cut the fruits into 1-inch cubes and transfer to the baking dish.
  • Make the crumble: Whisk together the flour and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Cut the vegan butter into 1-inch cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Using your hands, or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the flour, until coarse crumbs form. Do not hesitate to make large crumbs.
  • Transfer 1 cup of the crumbles to the fruits and toss to coat. Rearrange the fruits into an even layer and top with the remaining crumbs.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, or chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours if you prefer to serve it cold.
  • This crumble will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
