Rosé Tteokbokki

Rosé Tteokbokki is a delicious twist on the Korean classic!

This one-pot dish is spicy, comforting, and vegan!

Main ingredients: rice cakes (garaetteok), gochujang, tomato sauce, plant-based milk, cashews, and vegan sausages.

Make the cashew cream.

STEP 1

Add all of the ingredients to a pan. Let simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes, constantly whisking.

STEP 2

Once the rice cakes are tender and the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and divide into bowls.

STEP 3

Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions and serve hot!
