Vegan Fermented Cashew Cream

Just 2 ingredients!

Rich and perfectly tangy cashew cream that is naturally fermented! Delicious in sandwiches, toasts, or stirred into curries, soups, and more!

Ingredients: raw cashews, probiotics. Optional: salt.

STEP 1

Soak cashews overnight.

STEP 2

Transfer to a blender, and add water.

STEP 3

Blend until smooth and creamy.

STEP 4

Open the probiotics capsules and stir the powder into the cashew cream.

STEP 5

Let ferment at room temperature for 12-48 hours, or until tangy!

STEP 6

Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy on toast, bagels, and more!
