Vegan Blueberry Tart

You won’t believe how fresh and fruity this vegan blueberry tart tastes!

It’s a wonderful dessert to serve during summertime!

Main ingredients: vegan butter, flour, powdered sugar, blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, agar and cornstarch.

Make the shortcrust pastry.

STEP 1

Prepare the blueberry filling.

STEP 2

Pour the filling into the pie crust. Allow the tart to cool for about 1 hour before transferring it to the refrigerator.

STEP 3

Serve it as an afternoon pick-me-up or for dessert topped with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream!
