Spicy Glazed Butternut Squash

Sweet & Spicy!

This roasted butternut squash is coated with a maple butter sauce and infused with chili flakes, smoked paprika, and garlic!  A delicious holiday side!

Main ingredients: butternut squash, garlic, shallot, maple syrup, butter, smoked paprika, chili flakes, soy sauce.

STEP 1

Cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes and coat with oil.

STEP 2

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized.

STEP 3

Sauté with garlic, shallot, spices, butter, soy sauce, and maple syrup.

STEP 5

Serve as a side for the holidays, or on top of rice, stirred into pasta, or as a taco filling!
