Cream Cheese & Roasted Pumpkin Toast

The perfect Fall appetizer!

These toasts are savory, a little bit sweet, and insanely delicious! The melty pumpkin chunks balance so well with the tangy cashew cream, and the toasted bread!

Main ingredients: pumpkin, cream cheese, maple syrup, smoked paprika, cumin, chili flakes, bread.

STEP 1

Roast diced pumpkin for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.

STEP 2

Toast the bread slices in butter for a couple of minutes on each side.

STEP 3

Assemble: spread cream cheese on toasts, and top with roasted pumpkin and green onions!
