Main ingredients: rice flour, tapioca starch, soy sauce, vinegar, chickpea flour, cornstarch, scallions, and green papaya (optional).
Make the batter. Then, steam it.

Cut the rice cake into rectangles and toss them with soy sauce.
STEP 2
Pan-fry the rice cakes until crispy and golden brown. Next, pour in the vegan egg.
STEP 3
Garnish with sautéed green onions, drizzle with the sauce, and top with grated green papaya, and Vietnamese pickles!
