Vegan Gluten-Free Churros

These light and crispy Spanish-inspired vegan churros are rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with a delicious dark chocolate dipping sauce!

Plus, it’s gluten-free and SO addictive!

Main ingredients: brown and white rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, plant-based milk, coconut sugar, and oil.

Prepare the dough.

STEP 1

Pipe 4-inch long churros on parchment paper.

STEP 2

Deep-fry the churros in hot oil until golden brown and roll them in sugar.

STEP 3

They are super crispy on the outside and chewy and tender inside. Everyone loves them, kids included!
