A Vietnamese rice paper salad that is chewy, slightly spicy, zesty, and a bit sweet!
Main ingredients: rice paper, green mango, TVP slices, saté, vegan fish sauce, sugar, lime, peanuts, and Vietnamese coriander.
Fry the TVP until golden brown and crispy.
