Vegan Ktipiti (Red Pepper Dip)

Ktipiti is a Greek dip made of roasted red bell peppers and seasoned with garlic, olive oil, and yogurt.

This vegan Ktipiti is equally delicious as the original and requires just 8 simple ingredients!

Main ingredients: red bell peppers, cashews, plant-based yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, and salt.

Roast the peppers.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

You can serve it right away or let it chill for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.
