This vegan recipe features chewy rice cakes and instant noodles cooked in a creamy and spicy Gochujang sauce.
Main ingredients: Korean rice cakes (Garaetteok), instant noodles, gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, vegan sausages, and green onions.
Add the aromatics to a pan. Next, add the rice cakes and cover with water. Let simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly.
