    Hey, Thomas!

Happy Blogaversary to you! 🙂 I love getting email updates for new recipes and things going on with your website. The pictures are always beautiful and the recipes look amazing. You’re very talented-everything looks like top restaurant quality.

Oil-free/low-fat vegan recipes is something I always love seeing more of! My husband and I are HUGE fans of anything Thai/Chinese/Japanese flavors. Please keep those coming!

Keep up the great work and I wish you well for many more years to come with sharing your recipes with the world.

A big congrats to you, Thomas!! In less than two weeks it will be my blogs 4 year anniversary! I can tell you that it has been one mighty fun/stressful/exciting/disappointing/scary/amazing adventure and I loved every second of it. I hope your blog continues to flourish and that you too love every second of it! 🙂

I remember adding you to my Blogger read list the very first time I saw your posts. This the one of the best vegan blogs out for finding cooking projects and fun experiments!

I’d love to see some Asian-inspired dessert recipes, such as egg tarts. I have yet to find a vegan version of those.

Congratulations on your anniversary. I remember making the mint and lemon quinoa salad first time I saw it … and your Camembert and blue cheeses … as well as many other of your recipes — and they always come out so perfectly. Thank you for sharing your creations! I understand why you may not be able to post any more of your vegan cheese recipes, but in a perfect world, that’s what I especially would want more of!

Happy Anniversary Thomas! That’s terrific! I just found your website less than 2 weeks ago and haven’t made anything yet but have looked through many of your recipes and beautiful photographs. I’ve printed some recipes to start trying to make but they all look and sound so good. I joined your mailing list the first time I found you.
I’m open to a lot of different kinds of food but if you’d like to try some new recipes in Asian or Indian flavors or vegan key lime or lemon meringue pie, that would be awesome. I’m also gluten free, corn and oat free and have been looking for a good pie crust (with flours) for savory and sweet dishes (I have some recipes that use nuts and dates, etc.). I’m also definitely going to order stuff to make that bleu cheese! Thanks.

I am only 3 months out and blogging is an absolute joy but also like being adrift at sea with out knowing which way is landfall. You are an incredible recipe developer so i guess I’d like to see you develop some sour dough bread recipes, with tang and crisp and innovative flavors. All the best and congratulations! -Hanne

I also love your website – it loads quickly, it’s nice to look at, and there aren’t advertisements popping up all over the place while I’m trying to read your post. What I’d love to see this time of year are recipes using the abundance of fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries, melons, cherries, peaches, etc.) and fresh summer vegetables (corn, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, fresh herbs, peppers, eggplant, etc). Also, Mediterranean inspired dishes are among my favorites. Keep up the great work!!
